Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads received through WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, distributor development, or field sales.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in inks, printing consumables, office supplies, industrial products, or FMCG sales preferred.
• Existing network of distributors and dealers is an advantage.

• Monthly sales achieved.

• Collection and payment follow-up efficiency.
