Job Title: Field Sales Executive (B2B Sales)

Location: Delhi NCR

Industry: Tissue Paper Manufacturing / FMCG

Job Responsibilities

• Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, offices, hospitals, and institutional buyers.
• Generate new B2B leads and convert them into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Present company products, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
• Collect orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely deliveries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• 1–5 years of experience in B2B field sales (FMCG experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Knowledge of local market and distributor network is an advantage.
