We are hiring motivated candidates for the Loan Department to handle pre-approved leads for Business and Personal Loans. The role involves customer interaction, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Engage with customers and explain loan products
* Convert assigned leads into sales
* Handle customer queries and follow-ups
* Achieve monthly performance targets

*Eligibility Criteria:*
* Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment

*Preferred (Added Advantage):*
* Knowledge of Business Loans and Personal Loans
* Understanding of EMI/NBFC processes
* Prior sales experience

*Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
*Weekly Off: Sunday
