Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business development for our Virtual ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance solutions, targeted specifically at Chartered Accountant firms and CS professionals across Delhi NCR. You will be the face of our company to the CA community, building relationships and converting them into long-term channel partners who use our platform for their clients' MCA filings and compliance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard Chartered Accountant firms and individual CA practitioners as clients/partners for our virtual ROC compliance services
- Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and presentations at CA offices across Delhi NCR
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, CA associations, referrals, and cold outreach
- Explain the value proposition of our platform — faster MCA filings, DIR-12, ROC compliance automation, and reduced manual effort for CA firms
- Negotiate pricing and close deals with CA firms for ongoing partnerships
- Maintain relationships with existing CA clients to ensure retention and repeat business
- Gather market feedback and share insights with the product team
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably selling to CA/CS/legal professionals or in the compliance/fintech space
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle for local travel across Delhi NCR preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a field sales role
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi
