Relationship Manager / Sales Manager – Direct Channel
Job Summary
Sell life insurance products directly to customers using company-generated leads and existing customer databases. Build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales and renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact customers using company-provided leads.
* Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
* Generate revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.
* Meet monthly sales and premium targets.
* Maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and renewals.
* Resolve customer service queries promptly.
* Complete documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Conduct follow-ups and maintain accurate sales records.
