Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to handle client communication, business development, team coordination, and sales operations for sports infrastructure projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and handle client inquiries professionally
• Manage client follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project discussions
• Handle sales targets and develop business growth strategies
• Manage and guide the sales team for better performance
• Coordinate marketing and branding activities
• Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and client records
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, schools, academies, and corporate customers

Skills Required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Good Hindi and English communication
• Professional personality and client handling skills

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, project sales, construction materials, sports infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
