Job Description

CCTV B2C Sales Executive – Delhi NCR

Company: Ludhiana Sales Corporation Pvt. Ltd.

Position: CCTV B2C Sales Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: Minimum 3 years in CCTV/Surveillance B2C Sales

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Incentive: 1% on achieved sales

Monthly Sales Target: Minimum ₹25 Lakhs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2C sales for CCTV surveillance systems across Delhi NCR.
  • Meet homeowners, builders, offices, shops, schools, hospitals, and commercial clients.
  • Generate leads through field visits and personal networking.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare quotations.
  • Close sales and coordinate with the installation team.
  • Maintain customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CCTV B2C sales is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of CCTV brands such as CP Plus, Dahua, Hikvision, etc.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Own two-wheeler preferred.
  • Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Candidate should have an existing network in Delhi NCR.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
  • 1% Sales Incentive
  • High growth opportunity for top performers
