Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and confident Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in laptop or IT product sales and be able to assist walk-in customers, generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and close sales.

• Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the office.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops and IT products.
• Explain product features, specifications, and pricing.
• Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Generate new leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Keep customer records and sales data updated.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales (Laptop, Computer, IT Hardware, Electronics, or Retail Sales preferred).
• Basic knowledge of laptops, computer hardware, and IT products.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Strong customer handling, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Professional attitude and a customer-focused approach.
