Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in our Turnkey Interior Design & Construction Division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, client acquisition, and closing projects for commercial, hospitality and institutional interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for turnkey interior design & execution projects

Identify and approach potential clients (builders, architects, corporates, hotel owners, etc.)

Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present solutions

Coordinate with design and execution teams to develop proposals & BOQs

Prepare and present quotations, negotiate, and close deals

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Develop marketing strategies (online & offline) to promote services

Participate in site visits, project discussions, and client presentations

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements:

Experience in interior turnkey projects / construction sales preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of interior design, materials, and project costing (basic BOQ understanding)

Ability to generate leads through networking and market research

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
