Sales & Marketing Executive

Develop and maintain relationships with retail pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.

Visit customers regularly to collect orders and promote products.

Explain product availability, schemes, discounts, and offers to customers.

Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.

Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order dispatch.

Follow up on payments and outstanding dues from customers.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and sales activities.

Coordinate with the accounts and logistics teams for smooth order processing.

Ensure all sales comply with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations.

Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.

Build long-term customer relationships to increase repeat business.

Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Preferred skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the wholesale market.

Basic computer skills (Excel, billing/CRM software).

Ability to travel locally for customer visits.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
