Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesAttend customers and understand their fashion requirements.
  • Assist customers in selecting outfits, fabrics, and accessories.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Manage billing and coordinate with the inventory team.
  • Keep the boutique/display area clean and attractive.
  • Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and latest fashion trends.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Support social media or online sales activities if required.
  • RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
  • Sales experience in a boutique or fashion store will be preferred.
  • Positive attitude and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
