Sales & Marketing Executive

Vendor Development

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement and quality teams for vendor approvals.

Supply Chain Management

• Support procurement planning, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Analyze supply chain data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track inventory levels and prepare MIS reports.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and supply chain optimization initiatives.

Sales & Marketing

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify potential dealers and generate new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports and business performance dashboards.
