We're looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow Story Homes by increasing bookings, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening our online presence.

• Key Responsibilities1. Drive Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate bookings through inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporates, travel communities, influencers, and other B2B partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
• 2. Manage OTA PlatformsManage property listings on OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.
• Update room inventory, pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
• Optimize listings with compelling descriptions, images, and offers to maximize visibility and bookings.
• Monitor OTA performance and recommend strategies to improve occupancy.
• 3. Strengthen Digital PresenceManage and regularly update the Google Business Profile with posts, offers, photos, and announcements.
• Respond promptly to guest reviews and inquiries across all online platforms.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
• Track competitors, market trends, and suggest initiatives to improve brand visibility and booking performance.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English, with confidence in inbound and outbound sales.
• Hands-on experience with OTA platforms, Google Business Profile, MS Excel, and Google Sheets. Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving sales goals.
• Willing to work from our Rohini, Delhi office.
