Sales Executive – Health & Wellness

Health Mechanix is a health and wellness clinic focused on weight loss, lifestyle correction, health reversal, and personalized diet programs. We help clients transform their health through expert guidance, nutrition planning, and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for health and diet programs
• Convert leads into paid clients through effective counselling and follow-ups
• Explain clinic services, packages, and transformation programs confidently
• Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp
• Build trust and strong relationships with potential clients
• Coordinate with dieticians and operations team for onboarding new clients
• Maintain lead data, sales records, and client updates in CRM/Excel
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Handle objections professionally and guide clients toward suitable programs
• Support social media and marketing campaigns by converting generated leads

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or wellness industry preferred
• Comfortable with WhatsApp follow-ups and client handling
• Positive attitude with target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of health, fitness, or diet industry is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Experience1–3 years experience in:

• Wellness sales
• Diet clinic sales
• Telecalling
• Health counselling
• Customer relationship management

Freshers with strong communication and sales confidence can also apply.
