Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationIdentify and generate new business opportunities
- Handle inquiries from social media, website, WhatsApp, email, and referrals
- Build partnerships with event planners, brands, agencies, and venues
- Develop strategies to attract new clients
- Lead ManagementMaintain and update CRM/database of leads and clients
- Track lead status and follow-up schedules
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries
Sales & Conversion
- Present photography packages and pricing to clients
- Conduct consultations and sales meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the booking process
- Handle client concerns and provide solutions
- Collect testimonials and referrals after project completion
- Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with photographers, editors, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth project scheduling and delivery timelines
- Communicate client expectations clearly to production

Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare sales reports and lead conversion reports
