Sales & Marketing Manager

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and relationship-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive corporate business for our hospitality division. The role primarily involves acquiring and managing corporate clients for hotel accommodation requirements across our own properties as well as our partner hotels. The incumbent will also be responsible for generating business for corporate events, including conferences, meetings, product launches, training programs, employee engagement activities, annual gatherings, and other business events.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Client Acquisition

1. Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients requiring business travel and accommodation services.
2. Develop long-term relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, Travel Desk, and Management personnel of corporate organizations.
3. Generate recurring business through annual rate contracts and preferred hotel partnerships.
4. Promote accommodation solutions across our own hotels and our network of partner properties based on client requirements.

Corporate Events Business

Generate business for corporate events such as:

1. Product launches
2. Conferences and seminars
3. Training programs
4. Employee meetings
5. Team-building events
6. Annual celebrations
7. Dealer and distributor meets
8. Board meetings
9. Award ceremonies
10. Corporate parties and networking events
11. Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations to deliver customized event solutions.
12. Prepare event proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
