Job Description
*Job Title:* Health Insurance Team Leader
*Main Responsibility:*
Lead and manage a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
*Key Tasks:*
1. Team Management:
- Train, and mentor sales team members
- Set sales targets and performance goals
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
2. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Ensure excellent customer service and retention
4. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business leads
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop campaigns
5. Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
