Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of telecalling sales executives.
  • Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure consistent target achievement.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve sales conversions.
  • Conduct regular call monitoring, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales dashboards, and productivity reports.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve team performance and business outcomes.
  • Identify training needs and conduct refresher sessions for the team.
