*Job Title:* Real Estate Sales Team Leader

*Location:* On-site Office, Delhi  

*Salary:* ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Team Incentives + Attractive Individual Incentives  

*Work Timing:* 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM  

*Work Days:* 6 Days a Week | *Saturday & Sunday working mandatory* | 1 Weekday Off  

*About the Role:*

We are looking for a dynamic *Sales Team Leader* to manage and lead a team of Real Estate Sales Executives for our residential & commercial projects. You will be responsible for driving team targets, coaching executives, and closing high-value deals through site visits and client meetings.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Lead & Manage Team:* Assign leads, set daily/weekly targets, monitor performance, and train sales executives

2. *Sales & Closing:* Handle inbound leads, walk-ins, and high-value client meetings. Convert leads through site visits and follow-ups

3. *Site Operations:* Plan and conduct site visits, especially on weekends. Explain pricing, payment plans & offers to clients

4. *Channel Management:* Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and external sources for lead generation

5. *Reporting:* Maintain daily sales reports, team performance trackers, and pipeline updates for management

6. *Target Achievement:* Ensure individual + team monthly targets are achieved consistently

*What We Need:*

- *Experience:* 3-5 yrs in real estate sales with minimum 1 yr in team handling/leadership role

- *Skills:* Excellent Hindi & English communication, strong negotiation, closing skills & team management

- *Must Have:* Own vehicle preferred. Willing to work on weekends as Sat-Sun are peak days

- *Education:* Graduate in any stream
