Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies including:Daily Stand-upsSprint PlanningSprint ReviewsRetrospectivesGuide and coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practicesCollaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlogTrack sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metricsIdentify and remove blockers impacting team productivityCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goalsPromote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvementSupport multiple Agile teams when requiredEnsure timely and quality delivery of sprint objectivesMaintain Agile documentation and reporting using project management toolsRequired SkillsStrong understanding of Agile Software Development and Scrum frameworkExperience with Agile tools such as:JiraConfluenceAzure DevOpsExcellent communication and facilitation skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesKnowledge of sprint metrics, burndown charts, and velocity trackingAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile CoordinatorScrum certification preferred:Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Professional Scrum Master (PSM)Preferred SkillsExperience working with software development teamsUnderstanding of SDLC and DevOps practicesKnowledge of Kanban or SAFe frameworkExperience handling distributed or remote teamsKey CompetenciesServant LeadershipTeam CollaborationStakeholder ManagementTime ManagementRisk ManagementContinuous Improvement
