ob Title: Scrum Master / Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Scrum Master / Business Analyst (SM/BA) to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will wear two hats: ensuring our Agile team runs smoothly and efficiently as a Scrum Master, while also working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements as a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master (50%):

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Remove roadblocks and obstacles that get in the team’s way.
• Coach the team on Agile practices to improve productivity and collaboration.
• Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep.

As a Business Analyst (50%):

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and gather requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with the Product Owner.
• Act as the bridge of communication between business teams and technical developers.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, ideally handling both requirement gathering and team facilitation.

Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP is a plus, but practical experience matters more.

Skills:

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking—ability to break down big ideas into small, buildable tasks.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
