Job Description

We are looking for a smart, organized, and trustworthy Personal Secretary to assist in managing daily business operations, schedules, communications, and coordination work. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and strong coordination abilities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Personal AssistanceManage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and business communications
  • Maintain records, documents, and important files
  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, factories, and clients
  • Assist in travel planning and bookings when required
  • Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and basic documentation
  • Business Operations SupportFollow up on orders, dispatches, and returns
  • Coordinate with factory and warehouse staff
  • Maintain records of expenses and operational activities
  • Assist in managing online business operations
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Communication & CoordinationAct as a point of contact between management and team members
  • Handle professional communication with clients and suppliers
  • Take meeting notes and maintain task follow-ups
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Additional ResponsibilitiesMaintain confidentiality of business information
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, or exhibitions
  • Support in social media or basic online coordination if required
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management
