Job Description
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):
1. सुरक्षा एवं निगरानी (Security and Surveillance):
- अस्पताल परिसर के प्रवेश और निकास बिंदुओं की निगरानी करना।
- सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने और अनधिकृत प्रवेश को रोकने के लिए नियमित गश्त करना।
- किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि या सुरक्षा उल्लंघन को देखना और उसकी सूचना देना।
2. प्रवेश नियंत्रण (Access Control):
- आगंतुकों, स्टाफ और वाहनों की आवाजाही को नियंत्रित और मॉनिटर करना।
- आगंतुकों का उचित सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करना और नीति के अनुसार विज़िटर पास जारी करना।
- प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्रों में अनधिकृत प्रवेश को रोकना।
3. घटना रिपोर्टिंग एवं प्रतिक्रिया (Incident Reporting and Response):
- सुरक्षा से संबंधित घटनाओं और आपात स्थितियों पर तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देना।
- भीड़ नियंत्रण और आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों के प्रबंधन में सहायता करना।
- घटनाओं की सूचना सुरक्षा पर्यवेक्षक (Security Supervisor) को देना और उचित रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
4. सुरक्षा एवं अनुपालन (Safety and Compliance):
- अस्पताल की सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं, नियमों और प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करना।
- फायर ड्रिल, आपात स्थिति और निकासी के दौरान सहायता करना।
- सुरक्षा नियमों और अस्पताल की नीतियों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
आवश्यकताएँ (Requirements):
- सुरक्षा सेवाओं में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ और सतर्क होना चाहिए।
- निर्देशों और अस्पताल की सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करने की क्षमता।
- बुनियादी संचार कौशल।
- शिफ्ट में काम करने की इच्छा, जिसमें रात और अवकाश के दिन भी शामिल हो सकते हैं।
