Job Description
Position: Security Guard
Duty Timing: Night 8:00 PM to Morning 11:00 AM
Duty Hours: 15 Hours
Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹17,000 per month
Weekly Off: No Weekly Off
- Responsibilities:Maintain complete security and safety of the premises during night hours.
- Monitor entry and exit of visitors, staff, vehicles, and materials.
- Stay alert and active throughout the duty hours.
- Regular patrolling of the premises during the night shift.
- Immediately report any suspicious activity, theft, fire, or emergency situation to the management.
- Maintain discipline and proper behavior while on duty.
- Ensure gates, doors, and security points remain properly checked and secured.
- Important Conditions:The Security Guard must remain awake and attentive throughout the entire night shift.
- Sleeping during duty hours is strictly prohibited.
- If any Security Guard is found sleeping during duty, salary deduction and disciplinary action will be taken by the company/management.
- Mobile phone misuse during duty hours is not allowed.
- The Security Guard must wear proper uniform and maintain personal hygiene and discipline.
- Eligibility:Physically fit and disciplined candidate.
- Previous security experience will be preferred.
- Candidate must be capable of handling night shift duties responsibly.
