Security Guard

Job Purpose:

To maintain safety, security, discipline, and proper entry-exit control at the factory/office premises.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, vehicles, and material.
2. Maintain visitor register, vehicle register, and gate pass records.
3. Check incoming and outgoing material only after proper approval/gate pass.
4. Ensure no unauthorized person enters the premises.
5. Patrol factory/office area regularly to check for safety and security issues.
6. Report any suspicious activity, theft, damage, fire risk, or emergency immediately to management.
7. Ensure main gate, shutters, lights, and security points are properly checked.
8. Support loading/unloading vehicle entry management.
9. Maintain discipline at the gate and avoid unnecessary crowding.
10. Follow company rules, timing, uniform, and reporting instructions strictly.

Required Skills:

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Alert, disciplined, and honest.
• Able to maintain registers properly.
• Basic communication skills.
• Physically fit for duty.
• Previous security experience preferred.

Duty Requirements:

• Must report on time.
• Must wear proper uniform.
• Must not leave duty point without permission.
• Must not sleep during duty hours.
• Must not allow entry without permission.
• Must immediately inform management in case of emergency.
