Security Guard

Key Responsibilities

• Employee IN/OUT Register: Track and record the exact entry and exit times of all employees, late arrivals, and temporary movement during office hours.
• Visitor & Entry Register: Check visitor IDs, record their details in the register, and issue visitor passes before letting them enter.
• Pickup & Return Management: Receive and verify incoming return packages, log all outgoing courier pickups in the register, and safely hand them over to delivery agents.
• Premises Patrol: Perform regular rounds of the office building, parking areas, and main gates to ensure doors are locked and the premises are secure.
• Safety & Alerts: Monitor entry points, maintain order at the gate, and report any unauthorized access or unusual activity to management immediately.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a security guard in an office, warehouse, or corporate setup.
• Register Work: Ability to maintain clear, neat, and accurate entry/exit registers in Hindi/English.
• Fitness & Behavior: Alert, physically fit, punctual, and polite with staff and visitors.
