Job Title: Security Guard (Residential Security)

Location: MD's Residence (Kothi)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

• Working HoursShift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-hour shift)
• Working Days: 30 days per month
• Weekly off and leave as per company policy (if applicable).

Job SummaryWe are looking for a disciplined, alert, and trustworthy Security Guard to provide security at our Managing Director's residence. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the premises, monitoring visitors, maintaining security records, and responding promptly to any security-related incidents.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGuard and monitor the MD's residence to ensure the safety of people and property.
• Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and service personnel.
• Maintain a visitor register and verify the identity of all visitors.
• Patrol the premises regularly to detect any suspicious activity.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual incidents immediately.
• Ensure gates and doors remain secure at all times.
• Coordinate with the management and local authorities in case of emergencies.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a professional appearance while on duty.
• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the management.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years as a Security Guard (Residential/Villa/Corporate Security preferred).
• Physically fit and medically sound.
• Good communication skills and a polite attitude.
• No criminal background.
• Preference will be given to candidates from the Armed Forces, Police, or reputed security agencies.
