Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join our Chartered Accountancy practice based in Kalkaji, New Delhi.
This role is meant for someone who is strong in core professional work and is now ready to take on greater ownership, client responsibility, and leadership-oriented execution.
What makes this role different is that the selected candidate will also get exposure to latest AI tools, AI-based accounting workflows, automation in finance processes, and modern practice systems. We are looking for someone who wants to grow not only in technical work, but also in the future of the profession.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandling accounting, GST, TDS, income tax, and related compliance work
- Preparation and review of reconciliations, working papers, and client submissions
- Client coordination for data, follow-ups, clarifications, and closure of assignments
- Managing day-to-day execution with accuracy and timelines
- Supporting implementation of AI-enabled and automation-led workflows within the practice
- Taking ownership of assignments and gradually stepping into a leadership-oriented role
- Candidate ProfileSemi-Qualified CA
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in a CA firm or similar professional setup
- Good command over accounting, taxation, compliance, and client handling
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Interest in learning and applying AI tools in accounting, tax, and practice management
