Senior Accountant

Multibillionaire Life Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain financial discipline within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and cash/bank records.

Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure healthy cash flow.

Handle daily cash transactions and ensure proper recording, control, and safeguarding of funds.

Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.

Develop and monitor organizational budgets to support financial planning and cost control.

Maintain and track cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs.

Forecast financial requirements and support project-wise financial planning to enable informed business decisions.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Provide required documentation and support during internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, and other applicable laws.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audit and reference purposes.

Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payments, and financial planning matters.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).

4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Good communication and organizational skills.
