Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who is passionate about crafting engaging content and visually appealing creatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, understands audience engagement, and can create basic graphics to support content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, informative, and audience-focused content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Write posts related to finance, taxation, compliance, and business advisory in a simple and engaging manner
• Design basic creatives, carousels, and posts using tools like Canva or similar platforms
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals
• Stay updated with trending topics, financial updates, and social media trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to simplify complex financial concepts into digestible content
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong content writing and storytelling skills (very important)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior
• Ability to simplify technical/financial topics into easy-to-understand content
• Good sense of design, layout, and visual aesthetics
• 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation (preferred)

Good to Have

• Experience working with finance, CA firms, or professional services
• Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy
• Basic video editing skills (Reels/short-form content)
