Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive and professional workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Support department heads in setting KPIs and employee goals.
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Track employee performance and productivity metrics.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle HR audits, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
- Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
- Create career progression frameworks for employees.
Strategic HR Responsibilities
- Develop workforce planning strategies.
- Support management in organizational development initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Contribute to improving employee retention and organizational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate HR experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and HR reporting systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
