Job description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for finance, payroll, and shared services initiatives
• Manage system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and process improvement projects
• Support M&A integration activities, including systems and operational transitions
• Coordinate global projects involving stakeholders from various locations and business units
• Drive internal shared services transformation and optimization initiatives
• Ensure successful delivery of system changes, testing, deployment, and user adoption
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure project alignment
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication across all project phases

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience working on system implementation and migration projects
• Proven track record supporting organizational transformation or system change initiatives
• Experience working in international environments with teams across multiple locations
• Strong understanding of finance operations, payroll processes, or shared services environments
• Background in GBS (Global Business Services), SSC (Shared Services Center), or multinational organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• PMP certification
• Agile / Scrum certification
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar
• Experience supporting M&A activities and post-merger integrations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
