Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Explain product features, pricing, purity, certifications, and offers confidently.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
• Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and product handling.
• Support billing, packaging, and after-sales service.
• Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and promotional offers.
• Follow company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
