Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience in B2C and B2B sales. The role involves handling leads, converting prospects into customers, maintaining long-term relationships, and mentoring junior sales executives.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert qualified leads into sales through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
  • Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with operations for smooth deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Mentor and support junior sales executives to improve team performance.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide feedback to management.
  • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, dealers, and wholesale customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve products and services.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
