We're Hiring — Senior Showroom Manager (Textile & Furnishing Industry)
OneStep Furnish — Retail business in fabrics & curtains, offering end-to-end furnishing services.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Showroom Manager with a strong background in the textile trade to lead our showroom floor. The ideal candidate understands fabric quality, weaves, and furnishing trends, and can guide customers confidently from fabric selection to finished curtains.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily showroom operations, staff, and sales floor
Advise customers on fabric types, textures, weaves, and suitability for curtains/furnishings
Manage textile inventory — fabric rolls, seasonal collections, and vendor stock
Coordinate with tailoring/stitching units for accurate, timely order fulfillment
Drive showroom sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships
Stay updated on textile trends, new fabric arrivals, and design preferences
Requirements
Good communication skills
Strong sales ability
Excellent customer catering/handling skills
Sound knowledge of fabrics/textiles (types, quality, care) preferred
Prior experience in textile, furnishing, or showroom retail management preferred
Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday
