Senior Supervisor Housekeeping
- Responsible for supervising housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Oversee daily activities of housekeeping staff ensuring efficient workflow. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility management. - Monitor quality of cleaning and maintenance in hospital premises. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to housekeeping. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. - Provide leadership and guidance to junior housekeeping staff. - Maintain records and reports related to housekeeping activities. - Support training and development of housekeeping team members. - Handle escalations and resolve issues related to housekeeping services.Job role
