Job Description
- Handle outbound calling to promote and explain personal loan products and services in a clear and professional manner
- Pitch personal loan and overdraft offers to prospective customers and effectively generate qualified leads
- Collect, verify, and regularly update customer information along with all necessary and relevant details in the system
- Understand customer needs and requirements by asking appropriate questions and practicing active listening
- Maintain proper records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities for future reference
- Build interest in the product by providing accurate information and resolving basic customer queries during calls
- Ensure proper follow-up with interested customers to support conversion and completion of the loan process
- Must have prior experience in cold calling processes within sales or telesales environment
Must possess strong communication skills, confidence, and ability to handle customer conversations effectively
