• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive website SEO audits and identify technical issues manually (not relying solely on AI or automated tools).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies, including optimization of titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content.
• Implement off-page SEO activities such as high-quality link building, business listings, guest posting, and outreach.
• Monitor website indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and overall website health.
• Create original, SEO-friendly blog content and website copy without AI-generated content.
• Optimize existing content to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.
• Work closely with the content, web development, and design teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in coordination with developers.
• Manage and optimize Google Search Console and Google Analytics data.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
• Ensure all SEO activities follow Google's Webmaster Guidelines and ethical (White Hat) SEO practices.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (basic), and Google Keyword Planner.
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Ability to perform manual SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written English with the ability to write SEO-friendly blogs independently.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress SEO.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Candidate Minimum 1 - 2 Maximum years of relevant SEO experience.
• Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Service-Based Company will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Must own a laptop.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and execution.
