नौकरी का विज्ञापन: सर्विस एडवाइजर (टू-व्हीलर डीलरशिप)लोकेशन: कृष्ण नगर, पूर्वी दिल्ली

अनुभव (Experience): 1 से 3 वर्ष (टू-व्हीलर ऑटोमोबाइल सेक्टर में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता)

योग्यता (Education): 12वीं पास / आईटीआई (ऑटोमोबाइल) / डिप्लोमा

सैलरी: योग्यता और अनुभव के अनुसार (आकर्षक इंसेंटिव भी शामिल)

  • कार्य और जिम्मेदारियां (Job Responsibilities):डीलरशिप पर आने वाले ग्राहकों (Customers) का स्वागत करना और उनकी टू-व्हीलर की समस्याओं को ध्यान से सुनना।
  • गाड़ी की ठीक से जांच (Job Card Open) करना और ग्राहक को अनुमानित खर्चे (Estimate) और समय की जानकारी देना।
  • सर्विस टीम और मैकेनिकों के साथ तालमेल बिठाकर काम को समय पर पूरा करवाना।
  • गाड़ी तैयार होने के बाद ग्राहक को किए गए काम और बिल के बारे में विस्तार से समझाना।
  • ग्राहकों की शिकायतों (Complaints) का विनम्रता और कुशलता से समाधान करना।
  • कस्टमर सैटिस्फैक्शन (Customer Satisfaction - CSI) स्कोर को बनाए रखना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यताएं और कौशल (Skills Required):टू-व्हीलर (बाइक/स्कूटर) के टेक्निकल पार्ट्स और सर्विसिंग की अच्छी समझ।
  • बातचीत करने की बेहतरीन कला (Good Communication Skills) और शांत स्वभाव।
  • बुनियादी कंप्यूटर ज्ञान (डेटा एंट्री और जॉब कार्ड बनाने के लिए)।
  • दबाव में भी कुशलता से काम करने की क्षमता।
