Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen actively to vehicle complaints, and document their service needs clearly.
  • Job Card Generation: Inspect motorcycles or scooters, prepare accurate job cards, and estimate repair costs and timelines.
  • Workshop Coordination: Allocate tasks to workshop technicians and monitor the progress of vehicle servicing.
  • Up-selling & Revenue: Recommend genuine Hero spare parts, value-added services, extended warranties, and periodic maintenance packages.
  • Quality & Delivery: Perform final inspections on vehicles post-service to guarantee quality work before final on-time delivery.
  • Billing & Insurance: Explain the final invoice to customers and assist with vehicle insurance documentation or warranty claims
