Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Service Coordinator to manage elevator service operations, coordinate technicians, handle customer complaints, and ensure timely maintenance and breakdown support. The candidate will act as a communication link between customers, field technicians, and management to ensure smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate elevator maintenance, breakdown, and repair activities
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites
- Handle customer calls, complaints, and service requests
- Track pending complaints and ensure timely closure
- Maintain service reports, AMC records, and job cards
- Coordinate with spare parts and technical teams
- Prepare daily/monthly service reports
- Update CRM/ERP software and maintain documentation
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
- Ensure smooth communication between field staff and management
Required Skills
Good communication and customer handling skills
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Knowledge of elevator service operations is preferred
Qualification
Graduate or Diploma holder
- 1–3 years experience in service coordination/customer support preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
