Shift Manager

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Shift Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth shift execution, excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day outlet operations during assigned shifts.

Ensure high order accuracy, timely order delivery (KPT), and exceptional customer experience.

Supervise kitchen and frontline staff, ensuring quality, hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance.

Monitor inventory, stock availability, wastage, and consumption; coordinate with the Outlet Manager for replenishment.

Handle customer concerns and resolve escalations promptly.

Ensure accurate billing, cash reconciliation, and shift reporting.

Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain operational excellence.

Maintain shift-wise records for sales, complaints, stock, hygiene, and operational performance.

Key Requirements:

Experience as a Shift Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in QSR, Restaurant, Cloud Kitchen, or F&B industry.

Strong leadership, team management, and customer handling skills.

Knowledge of inventory management, hygiene standards, cash handling, and operational SOPs.

Familiarity with POS systems (Petpooja preferred) and inventory software (Supplynote is an advantage).

Ability to work in rotational shifts and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Timely order delivery (KPT).

Excellent hygiene and SOP compliance.

Minimal stock variance and wastage.

Accurate cash reconciliation and smooth shift operations.
