Job Description
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out work at project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment.
Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
Maintain daily site progress reports and update the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline.
Identify and resolve site execution issues promptly.
Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
