Job descriptionRole Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Sonipat.

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the construction or project site, ensuring that work is conducted according to schedule and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include

• managing on-site workers, coordinating with project managers,
• monitoring project timelines, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
• The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, resolving any on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety protocols.
• Qualifications: Experience in site supervision, project management, and on-site coordinationStrong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory complianceExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in maintaining project documentation and quality control standards
• Relevant technical certifications or degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
• Experience in the construction industry is mandatory. 2 years experience if you know autocad it is great
