Job Summary

GreenHomes is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Outdoor Construction to manage, plan, and oversee all outdoor construction activities across project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, supervising labor teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all outdoor construction activities (foundation work, landscaping, external finishing, structural installations, etc.).
• Manage on-site teams including contractors, laborers, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure proper material management and inventory control at site.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Conduct regular inspections of ongoing and completed work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in construction site supervision (outdoor/external works preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
