Social Media Content Plus Account Management

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Content plus Account Management. This role combines the creativity of copywriting with the strategic oversight of client accounts. Key Responsibilities: 

1. Copywriting: 

  - Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, ads, and marketing campaigns.

  - Craft clear, concise, and persuasive copy that aligns with brand objectives and guidelines.

  - Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for campaigns.

2. Account Management: 

  - Understand client goals and target audience to develop effective communication strategies.

  - Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns with the help of the team

  - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance and key metrics.

3. Strategy Development: 

  - Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, discuss strategies, and present creative concepts.

  - Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing plans that meet client objectives.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing creative writing samples.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in client-facing roles and account management is preferred.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for storytelling.
