About the RoleThe Phone Mechanic is looking for an intelligent, creative, and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, and brand growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Job ResponsibilitiesManage and grow The Phone Mechanic's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, shorts, and videos

Coordinate with video editors and designers to ensure high-quality content production

Create content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule

Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions while maintaining a professional brand image

Track social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to identify growth opportunities

Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights

Generate ideas for viral content, campaigns, and promotional activities

Work closely with the marketing team to support business goals and lead generation efforts

Manage influencer collaborations and partnership opportunities when required

Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and objectives

RequirementsProven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms

Excellent communication, content planning, and organizational skills

Ability to develop and execute successful social media growth strategies

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools

Experience in the mobile repair, technology, or related industry is an advantage
