Job Description

We are looking for a creative, smart, and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can handle complete social media operations for our brand. The candidate should be capable of planning content, writing scripts, shooting videos/photos, managing ads, posting content, and growing our online presence across multiple platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who understands trends, creativity, branding, and social media growth strategies.

  • Responsibilities:Content Creation & StrategyPlan and manage social media content calendars
  • Create engaging content ideas for reels, posts, stories, and ads
  • Research trending topics and viral content formats
  • Build brand presence across all platforms
  • Script Writing & Content WritingWrite scripts for reels and promotional videos
  • Create captions, ad copies, and product descriptions
  • Develop storytelling-based content for brand engagement
  • Video Shooting & EditingShoot product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle content
  • Handle basic photography and videography
  • Coordinate and execute content shoots
  • Edit reels and short-form videos professionally
  • Social Media ManagementManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms
  • Schedule and publish posts regularly
  • Reply to comments and messages professionally
  • Monitor engagement and audience growth
  • Paid AdvertisingRun and manage Meta Ads campaigns
  • Create ad creatives and targeting strategies
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns
  • Generate leads and improve sales through social media marketing
  • Branding & GrowthBuild and maintain a premium brand image
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators
  • Analyze competitors and market trends
  • Suggest new growth strategies regularly
  • Requirements:Experience in social media management and content creation
  • Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, and content trends
  • Basic skills in video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
  • Good communication and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Passion for branding, creativity, and digital marketing
  • Preferred Skills:Photography/Videography experience
  • Graphic designing knowledge
  • Experience with e-commerce or home decor brands
  • Understanding of Amazon, Shopify, and online branding
