Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- :Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads) to generate leads and improve reach.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.
- Requirements
- :2–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and lead generation.
- Familiarity with content planning and social media analytics.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
