• 🎯 Your Role (What You’ll Do)Lead and manage the Social Media Team (designers, editors, executives)
• Handle and scale multiple client accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Plan and supervise content calendars (Reels, carousels, stories)
• Ensure high-quality hooks, captions, and CTAs across content
• Identify trends, viral formats & growth opportunities
• Guide team on content strategy + execution
• Coordinate with Ads Team for performance campaigns
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
• Maintain brand voice & consistency for all clients
• Stay updated with algorithms & platform changes

✅ Requirements Minimum

3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing

• Proven experience managing teams or leading projects
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth & Reels strategy
• Excellent copywriting & storytelling skills
• Experience with tools like Canva / basic editing tools
• Data-driven mindset (analytics, insights, reporting)
• Ability to think like a creator + strategist
• Self-driven, accountable & result-oriented
