Job Description
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers and engagement
- Run paid ad campaigns and optimize performance
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
- Collaborate with the design and sales team for campaigns
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook marketing
- Experience with social media tools and analytics
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads)
- Good communication and creative writing skills
- Ability to create reels, posts, and basic video content
- Understanding of fitness industry (preferred)
